IRVINE, CA-Thompson National Properties has named a new CFO of TNP Strategic Retail Trust, Colliers International has named a managing director of clients services and CT Realty Investors has hired a vice president of multifamily acquisitions in three recent staff expansions at the Orange County offices of the companies.
The new CFO at TNP Strategic Retail Trust is Christopher Cameron, who joins the company after positions with Cole Real Estate Investments, Cole Credit Property Trust I, served as director of accounting and financial reporting at Cole in Phoenix, focusing on financial tracking and reporting systems, external audit examinations and broker-dealer due diligence reviews.
At Colliers International Corporate Solutions. the new managing director of client services is Michael J. Finley, who joins the organization with nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience spanning commercial brokerage and integrated corporate solutions delivery. Finley began his commercial real estate career in industrial brokerage for Grubb & Ellis Co. beginning in 1993. Over the span of his career he has worked on a full range of client assignments that have included corporate real estate programs and projects for such companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Intel Corp., Ferguson Enterprises and Verizon Wireless. Over the past five years he has served as a senior director for Grubb & Ellis.
At CT Realty Investors, Dean P. Washle has joined the company as vice president of multifamily acquisitions. He will be responsible for locating, analyzing and evaluating multifamily opportunities for potential acquisition. He will also conduct market surveys, investigate local economic factors, government policy and regulations, and evaluate their effects on long-term investment potential.
A real estate veteran with 18 years of experience in real estate brokerage transactions, land acquisitions, and commercial and residential development, Washle previously served as vice president of multifamily and land investments for Lee & Associates’ Riverside office. He was also senior vice president of multifamily and land investments for Grubb & Ellis’s Ontario office. Before his career in real estate brokerage, Washle developed single-family housing tracts and custom homes, apartment projects, condominiums, and several restaurants and retail centers.
