PLYMOUTH, MN-Dominium Management Services LLC is moving into a new 10-year lease at Northwest Business Campus I next week. The company is taking 31,261 square feet in this 85,000-square-foot flex building.

The tenant, a residential management company, will use this space as its new headquarters. “Despite two expansions in the past 13 years, most recently in October 2007, our staff has simply outgrown our current building,” said Jon Segner, president and CEO, in a statement.

Brad Butler, senior leasing representative for the Eden Prairie, MN office of Liberty Property Trust, tells GlobeSt.com that the lease will bring the building to 95% occupied. Other tenants in the building include Sorin Group USA, Van Sickle Allen & Associates, DOT Hill Systems and TASC. The asking rate at the building is $10 per square foot. Liberty also owns the nearby 90,000-square-foot Northwest Business Campus III and the 65,000-square-foot Northwest Business Campus II.

Butler says since his company owns its properties outright, money for building improvements are readily available. Also, the state is doing better than the Midwest average economy, he says. “We’ve got a lower unemployment rate than the national average, and we have diverse companies, such as medical device firms and Target, so we’re holding strong.”
