CHICAGO-Chicago-based AMLI Residential Partners LLC has struck a deal with developer, Albert Friedman, to construct a 427-unit, 49-story apartment complex in River North. AMLI has inked a lease for 100 years for a 12,617-square-foot plot located to the southeast corner of Hubbard and Clark streets.
Work at the site is expected to break ground next year and they hope to complete it by 2013. The deal includes a 20-years lease for 4,500 square feet of retail space to Friedman. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
