NEW YORK CITY- Pappas Steakhouse has inked a 15-year lease for 7,500 square feet of space at 72 Madison. Olana restaurant previously occupied this site. The site has an annual rent of $400,000. The site is owned by the Moinian Group and is located to the north of Madison Square Park.
