AUSTIN, TX-Two retailers have signed separate leases to occupy retail space at the mixed-use Soco Lofts and Shops at Soco. Black Eye Skate Shop has signed a lease for 963 square feet of space at the site. The tenant was represented by The Weitzman Group.
In the second lease, The Soco Studio signed a deal to occupy 936 square feet of space. Black Orchid Salon, Thundercloud Subs, and Stompin' Grounds Coffee are some of the tenants at the site. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal.
