DENVER-Cassidy Turley has added a new office here with the addition of Fuller Real Estate to the list of Cassidy Turley offices. Fuller will now operate at Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate.
MarkBurkhart, CEO of Cassidy Turley, notes that Fuller Real Estate has been a dominant player in the Denver market for over 50 years. He adds that Cassidy Turley was drawn to Fuller's tenure in the market as well as its "track record of long-term client relationships."
The new Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate represents "more properties than any of its peers," according to the Cassidy Turley announcement. The company has more than 700 exclusive listings in the Denver Metro area and "is dominant in a full spectrum of commercial real estate, including land sales, investment sales as well as office, industrial and retail leasing," Cassidy Turley says.
Greg Morris, president and CEO of Cassidy Turley Fuller, notes that the company has been in business in the market since 1956. Joining Cassidy Turley, he says, "allows us to take advantage of their national platform and international reach" while remaining Denver-based and employee owned.
Cassidy Turley, with 420 million square feet of managed space, has 60 offices in 20 national markets and more than $13 billion in completed transactions for 2009. Outside of North America, the company partners with GVA Grimley, the founder and majority shareholder of GVA Worldwide.
