IRVINE, CA-Andrew White has joined locally based 360 Commercial Partners as director to lead the company's Office Leasing Advisory Group, according to Louis J. Tomaselli, founder and managing partner of 360 Commercial. White formerly was a vice president with CB Richard Ellis in Anaheim, where he was a member of the the Warner/Friend team, leasing millions of square feet of prime office space in Central Orange County and the Greater Airport Area.
The 360 Commercial Partners’ Office Leasing Advisory Group provides representation for office owners and occupiers throughout Southern California. It will collaborate with 360 Commercial Partners’ Office Sales Advisory to "offer a full-spectrum solution for office clients," according to a company announcement, which also cites White’s expertise in structuring complex, large-scale lease transactions that "will be especially valued by discerning clients in today’s dynamic real estate climate."
While at CBRE, White was recognized for his market-leading office leasing productivity, earning a top-10 ranking among CBRE’s Anaheim brokers in 2007, 2008 and 2009, and being named among the top 25 producers in Orange County for 2008 and 2009. Among the clients he has worked for are AEW, GE, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, PS Business Parks, Rreef, TA Associates and UBS Realty.
Based at 2211 Michelson Dr. in Irvine, 360 Commercial Partners' five advisory groups specialize in industrial, office, investment, development and consulting for commercial real estate clients, including many Fortune 500 companies. White is the latest in a number of new hires since Tomaselli established 360 Commercial, among them associate director Steve Wagner and the industrial team of director Zachary Niles and associate Garrett McClelland. Among the transactions the company has closed recently was a relocation of retailer Boot Barn's headquarters in a five-year lease for 70,722 square feet at 15776 Laguna Canyon Rd. in the Irvine Co.'s Laguna Canyon Business Center.
