Shops at Sunset Place Secures $79M Refi

MIAMI-Shops at Sunset Place has reinvented itself to win high occupancy and a $79-million refinance loan in a rebounding South Miami market.

MIAMI-The Miami office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler arranged a $79-million refinancing for The Shops at Sunset Place, an open-air mall owned by Simon Property Group and Institutional Mall Investors, LLC. The HFF team secured the 10-year, fixed-rate loan through JP Morgan Securities.
