INDIANAPOLIS-Half of the 30,000 square feet of space, which was formerly a Kroger supermarket, located at 5615 W. 38th St. will be transformed into a Latino grocery store soon.
According to the construction manager, Charles "Zach" Hosier, over the next month and a half, the space will be refurbished by Phillips Edison & Co., a Cincinnati-based developer, for the grocery store. The developer owns Town West Plaza, which measures 88,200-square feet. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
