NEW YORK CITY-A subsidiary of Forest City Enterprises, Inc. has wrapped up a 10-year, fixed-rate mortgage loan for $85.0 million on a retail property it owns at 42nd Street in New York City. The interest rate for the loan is over 325 basis points lesser than the rate of the previous loan on the 312,000-square-foot entertainment complex.
