NORTH MIAMI BEACH, FL-Equity One Inc. has purchased three shopping centers in Florida for $64.7 million. West Bird Plaza, a 99,864-square-foot shopping center situated on Bird Road close to the Florida Turnpike, was bought for $17.6 million.
Country Walk Plaza, which measures 100,229 square feet, is located between SW 152nd Street and SW 137th Avenue in Miami and was purchased for $27.8 million.
