MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P.'s Atlanta and Dallas offices have completed the sale of a shopping center, Cahaba Village, in Mountain Brook, Alabama. ING Clarion Partners has purchased the 115,282-square-foot shopping center situated at 2800-311 Cahaba Village Plaza from Bayer Properties.
