NEW YORK CITY-New Horizons Computer Learning Center has inked a lease for 23,736 square feet of space in a six-story building, The Madisons located at 290 Madison Ave.
The lease runs for 10 years and the asking rent was $42 per square foot. The firm's current location at 1114 Sixth Ave. in the Grace building occupies 35,000 square feet. The company plans to shift to the new location by September 15 2010. For the full story, go to Crain's NY Business.
