CHICAGO-Aldi Inc. has leased a store, which measures 17,000 square feet, in the Chicago Ridge mall located at 95th Street and Ridgeland Avenue in the south suburb from Westfield Group.
The deal was disclosed on August 17 by the managing director of Westfield Group at a quarterly earnings conference call. The lease transaction was signed after Aldi was unable to close a deal on a location outside the mall that currently houses the Tilted Kilt Pub & Eatery.
