ORLANDO-Foster Conant & Associates, a landscape architectural firm, has started the preliminary design phase of three multi-family projects in Central Florida being constructed by Atlantic Housing Partners LLLP.
The projects include a 130-unit apartment complex, the Fountains, at San Remo Court spanning 8.3 acres, phase 1 of the 153-unit Howell Branch Cove comprising 56 townhomes in unincorporated Seminole County and phase 1 of the rental apartment complex, Town Parke on 10.3 acres in the Winter Springs Town Center district.
