CHICAGO-TigerDirect has leased a 33,400-square-foot building, a former Circuit City store that has been vacant for two years, located at N. Milwaukee Ave. in north suburban Vernon Hills.

Oxford Development Partners LLC and Shorewood Development Group LLC joint venture had bought the building from Forefront Properties LLC for $3.45 million. Now the joint venture has signed a long-term lease agreement with TigerDirect for the property. TigerDirect is planning to open the new store by Christmas.
