MANASSAS, VA-Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) has purchased a 233,000 square-foot data center, called Power Loft@Innovation along with other properties of the site's developer Power Loft LLC for $115 million.
The 20-acre, two-story data center is situated in Manassas, Virginia, at 9651 Hornbaker Road and 16% leased. COPT will complete the remaining development of the site. The firm also formed a joint venture with Power Loft LLC, named Powerloft Services LLC, which will be responsible for the future development of the site.
