NEW YORK CITY-The Metropolitan Transportation Authority has renewed its lease agreement for another five years for 68,000 square feet of space at 469 Seventh Ave., a garment district property that measures 270,000 square feet.
MTA is occupying spaces at the 11th, 14th, 15th and 16th floors of the 16-story building. Colliers International represented the Meyer family, the owner, and the tenant in the transaction. The average asking rent was $35 per square foot. For the full story, go to Crain's NY Business.
