JACKSONVILLE, FL-Cabot Properties, a private equity realty investment firm, along with Jax Industrial Management, has leased 48,055 square feet of space to Spectrum Trucking. The space is located at Alta Lakes Commerce Center, a newly constructed class A industrial park with multiple tenants, in Jacksonville.
