BERLIN-A long-awaited project, which includes a retail, entertainment, restaurant, hotel and residential complex, located on Leipziger Platz, which previously housed the legendary Wertheim department store of Berlin, is set to start after much delays and legal conflicts.

Construction of the $580 million complex will start in December and will be completed by the summer of 2013. The basement and three upper stories of the shopping center will have a total of nearly 200 stores. For the full story, go to The Wall Street Journal.
