Sponsored by the Abyssinian Development Corp. of the Abyssinian Baptist Church, the project includes a seven-story tower on Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard and a six-story tower at 108 W. 138th St. The asking price for one-bedroom homes is $560 per square foot while 1,040 square-foot two-bedroom homes are priced at $502 per square foot.
