MANSFIELD, CT-Education Realty Trust Inc., a Memphis-based REIT, is collaborating with LeylandAlliance LLC to develop the first two phases of a $220-million development named Storrs Center located close to Mansfield, CT. The mixed-use project comprises residential, office, retail and restaurant segments and complies with sustainable development standards.
