OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL-Graycor Inc., a commercial and heavy-industrial construction company, is relocating its headquarters from south suburban Homewood to Oakbrook Terrace. The firm has inked a 12-year lease deal with KBS Realty Advisors for 36,000 square feet of space at a two-building office complex, Mid-America Plaza, located in the western suburban at State Route 83 and 22nd Street.
