DALLAS-The Southwestern Medical Foundation has signed a lease for 5,500 square feet of medical office space in the Parkland Hospital complex at Maple and Oak Lawn avenues with developer Crow Holdings.

The Foundation will shift to its new office by January 2011. Crow Holdings had renovated the historic complex recently. The developer is also constructing the second set of two new office towers on the site measuring 9.5 acres.For the full story, go to The Dallas Morning News.
