TOLLAND, MA-The unnamed owners of an 843-acre undeveloped forest including its 125-acre lake in Western Massachusetts will auction the property in October 20, 2010. The asking price for the property is $6.95 million.
Boston-based Great Rock Real Estate's managing principal, Jeremy Freid is organizing the auction. According to the state's record, the owners are Harold and Jerome Finkelstein of Long Island City, New York, but the town records show Twining Lake Properties Inc. as the property owner.
