L.A. Realty Partners Pprincipal Gary Weiss and Bob Safai of Madison Partners, who arranged the 10-year renewal for the law firm, report that Pachulski Stang will occupy 32,000 square feet on the 13th and 14th floors at 10100 Santa Monica Blvd., where the law firm has been a long-term flagship tenant.
The lease, previously reported on GlobeSt.com, will involve a relocation that will be part of "an extensive brand-new build-out that will optimize the efficiency of their space, while updating and upgrading their offices," the brokers say.
