NEW YORK CITY-Dattner Architects has leased 23,500 square feet of space at 1385 Broadway from a Bloomingdale Properties affiliate. Dattner found the 23-story building through CB Richard Ellis' Brian Hay and Laurence Briody.
The average asking rent for the space was $39 per square foot. Cushman & Wakefield's David Malawer, Diana Gaines, Gary Greenspan and Jonathan Serko along with Strategic Agency Services Group's Larry Lazerwitz negotiated the deal on behalf of the owner.For the full story, go to New York Post.
