CENTURY CITY, CA-JMB Realty Corp. has named L.A. Realty Partners as the leasing agent for the 35-story, 700,000-square-foot MGM Tower office building at 10250 Constellation Blvd. L.A. Realty Partners principals Hunt Barnett and Gary Weiss, along with director Monte Richardson, are now handling the office leasing for the Century City tower.
The office tower, which opened in 2003, is Silver LEED-certified and was designed by Johnson Fain Partners. Its tenant roster includes Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, International Lease Finance Corp., Barclays Capital, International Creative Management and the law firm of Glaser, Weil, Fink, Jacobs, Howard and Shapiro.
MGM Tower is owned by Constellation Place LLC, an affiliate of JMB Realty. The privately held real estate investment and development firm, based in Chicago, has been one of the largest commercial property owners in Century City for 25 years.
