ORLANDO-Sun Insurance Services has inked a lease for 2,800 square feet of office space in the SandLake Southwest tower in Orlando, Florida. Highwoods Properties Inc. was the owner of the property.
In the transaction, Craig Castor with Cresa Partners represented the tenant, while the owner was represented by Yvonne Baker. Sun Insurance Services plans to shift to the new location by December 1, 2010. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
