SAN DIEGO-An Aliso Viejo-based apartment investor, Crown Acquisitions Inc. has closed its 35th deal. The company has purchased a 27-unit apartment complex in the submarket of City Heights, San Diego, for $1.5 million or nearly $58,000 per apartment.
Crown is preparing to use another $300,000 to renovate the three-story apartment building. The firm, which focuses on buying apartments in urban areas, has spent nearly $25 million in purchasing apartments in the last seven years. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
