CORVALLIS, OR-NuScale Power Inc. has leased an office space in Corvallis from IGT. The subleased office, which measures 20,580 square feet, is located at 1000 N.E. Circle Blvd.
NuScale is looking for regulatory approval to market an Oregon State University-licensed small-scale nuclear power plant technology. Cushman & Wakefield's Doug Deurwaarder, Mark Carnese, Matt Johnson and Tom Usher represented the tenant, while NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Randy Young represented IGT in the transaction.
