SAN DIEGO-Coldwell Banker Commercial San Diego has named office properties specialist Amy McNamara as senior vice president and partner at the firm. McNamara, who specializes in the leasing and sales of high-rise, mid-rise and garden office/investment properties, joins CBC in a move from Grubb & Ellis in Los Angeles.

CBC co-founder, president and CEO Alan Scott says that the recruitment of McNamara reflects CBC's effort to "position itself to be a driver of economic progress in North San Diego County.”

McNamara has been instrumental in more than $300 million of leasing and sales transactions totaling more than three million square feet. This year she has completed lease transactions totaling more than $20 million.

At Grubb & Ellis in Los Angeles she was named a Top Office Broker every year from 1994-2009, ranking most often among the company’s top three producers. Earlier in her career, she worked with Insignia/ESG Inc., Richmont Investment Property Services and Options Real Estate Investments Inc.
