WALTHAM, MA-Dassault Systemes is signing a lease at 175-185 Wyman St. in Hobbs Brook Office Park. The lease is the result of a consolidation from offices in Concord and Lowell. The lease rates for the property were not released but comparable property offers rates in the low $20s per square feet according to Cushman and Wakefield.
Dassault will move into the first of the L-shaped buildings, 175 Wyman, in its entirety this year. After taking over the 211,741-square-foot property, the lifestyle and management company will slowly move into 185 Wyman in early 2011.
Charles Batchelder, managing director of Wyman St. Advisors, repped the owner/developer Hobbs Brook Management, while EVP and national director Brendan Callahan repped Dassault Systemes. Managing director Alex Dauria from Jones Lang LaSalle was also named project manager for the development.
