NEW YORK CITY-Lord Securities has extended its lease for 10 more years for the entire 27th floor of a tower at 48 Wall St. Kent Swig is the owner of the 324,000 square-foot, 34-story building, formerly called the Bank of New York tower.

The asking rent hovered around $30 per square foot. In the deal, CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant while the owner, Kent Swig represented himself with the help of Swig Equities.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
