Jeffrey Eder, a South Florida investor, has bought a 2.85-acre multifamily site situated on the Intracoastal Waterway in Ocean Ridge, Palm Beach County from Capstone Realty for $1.2 million. 1560 High Road, LLC has purchased the Star Suites on High, a 35-unit student apartment complex, at 1560 High Rd. in Tallahassee from J.E.
