CHICAGO-Alexis Bittar, a trendy jewelry and accessories designer in New York, has leased a storefront measuring 1,360 square feet at 1710 N. Damen Ave. in the Northwest Side neighborhood Bucktown. The lease runs for 10 years, and the asking rent was $45 per square foot. Bitter is planning to open his store next month.
