PALM BEACH, FL-A hotel real estate investment trust, Chatham Lodging Trust, has acquired the Residence Inn by Marriott - New Rochelle, New York, for an amount of $21 million or about $169,000 per unit.
Since April 2010 IPO, the acquisition of this upscale extended-stay hotel is the 12th one for the company. The Residence Inn by Marriott, a 10-story hotel, is situated at 35 LeCount Place in New Rochelle. It contains 124 suites, fully equipped kitchens and high-speed Internet access.
