MILWAUKEE- Time Investment Co. is relocating its headquarters to a new office building at downtown West Bend. The firm has purchased the 15,000 square-foot building, which was previously occupied by Claim Management Services Inc., at 100 N. 6th Ave. It had previously leased space in an industrial park situated in the northern side of West Bend.
