WASHINGTON, DC-Clear Capital has reported that the average home prices across the country decreased to 0.2% in Q3 2010 compared to that of Q2 2010. However, it increased 2.4% when compared to that of Q3 2009.

Among major metro cities, Atlanta experienced a big drop in median home prices to 11.6% in Q3 2010 compared to that of Q2 2010. The Northeast was the only region that experienced an increase in prices during the quarter. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
