NEW YORK CITY-A law firm is subleasing its 38,500 square feet of space at the 1177 Sixth Avenue building to WTAS, a tax consulting and valuation firm, for 10 years. WTAS will occupy the 18th and 19th floors of the building in January 2011.
Silverstein Properties is the owner of the building situated between 45th and 46th streets and is renting out its top floors at the rate of $75-$85 per square foot. UGL Equis represented WTAS in the deal.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
