MIAMI-A developer of global industrial real property, AMB Property Corporation, has inked leases for 124,700 square feet of AMB Beacon Lakes Building 12 situated in Miami in Q3 2010. Two freight forwarding companies will use the leased space in the building, which measures 189,700 square feet.
Beacon Lakes, a 478-acre business park situated northwest of the crossway of the Florida Turnpike and SR 836 and west of Miami International Airport, is a joint venture development of Flagler and AMB.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
