TAMPA, FL-Realty investment firm, Eola Capital, has inked a long-term lease agreement with Shutts & Bowen LLP, a state-wide law firm, for 32,829 square feet of office space in the Corporate Center Four at International Plaza located at 4301 W. Boy Scout Blvd. in Tampa.
The office building, which was constructed in 2008, is a Class A property. Jones Lang LaSalle Tampa represented the tenant and CLW Real Estate Services Group represented the landlord in the deal. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
