WESTCHESTER, NY-Greenwich-based St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers has received approval from a US bankruptcy court to sell its behavioral health operations based in Westchester County to Yonkers-based St. Joseph's Medical Center for $38 million.

The hospital has been under auction following the mounting debt, which was at least $700 million in April 2010, and marketed many of its programs and properties in recent months.
