SAN BERNARDINO, CA-Cohen Asset Management Inc., a Los Angeles-based realty investor, has announced plans to market some buildings of its Brea Canyon Commerce Center, a 231,000-square-foot, six-building facility located between Imperial Highway and Lambert Road in San Bernardino, which it bought for $14.7 million in July 2010.

The buildings size varies between 20,000 square feet and 69,000 square feet. The offer prices for the two largest towers are $98 per square foot and that for the smallest towers are $123 per square foot. For the full story, go to Orange County Business Journal.
