HOUSTON- Fulcrum Power Services, a Houston-based retail energy provider through its subsidiaries Tara Energy and Amigo Energy, has signed a lease for 34,132 square feet of space at 3800 Buffalo Speedway in Greenway Plaza, which merges operations at its three offices.
The firm occupies the top floor of the building, which is owned by Crescent Crown Greenway Plaza SVP. In the deal, Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Crescent Real Estate represented the owner. For the full story, go to Houston Chronicle.
