
VAN NUYS, CA-Abode Communities has opened its new affordable and green multi-housing development named the Ivy Terrace in Van Nuys. It had invested $23.7 million for the 52-unit complex, which will accommodate families with earnings from $19,900 to $49,700 per year.
The complex comprises one- to four-bedroom apartments with sizes ranging from 620 square feet to 1,330 square feet and rents varying between $434 and $1,253.
