GLENDALE, CA-Brown Family Trust has sold an industrial building measuring 22,842 square feet at 912-916 Western Ave. in Glendale for an amount of $3 million to the Swan family. The building, which was built in 1978, contains a parking for 28 vehicles and is situated on an industrial zoned land, which measures 35,488 square feet.
