NEW YORK CITY-Burlington Coat Factory is moving its offices to 1400 Broadway from 263 West 38th Street. Burlington has inked a long-term lease agreement with W&H Properties for 35,182 square feet of space in 1400 Broadway. The asking rent was $47 per square foot.
Burlington will occupy the entire 11th floor in the new location. In the transaction, Malkin Holdings' Fred Posniak represented the landlord and Colliers International's Alan Desino and CB Richard Ellis' Robert Stillman represented the tenant. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
