SAN DIEGO-CityMark Development is all set to start construction on a new residential development named the Beacons in Coastal North County. The firm plans to construct 10 two-story, single-family houses on an undeveloped site located on Daphne Street in Leucadia, which it bought recently.
The developer will start grading on the site this month and will complete the project by summer. It will feature homes having unique designs with sizes varying between 1,950 square feet and 3,200 square feet.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
