INDIANAPOLIS-Indianapolis-based Indiana Landmarks has listed its headquarters measuring 15,734 square feet for sale. The corporate office of the firm, which is at Michigan Street along the Downtown Canal, is being listed in the market for a price of $3.15 million.
The headquarters, which sits on a three-quarter-acre site, contains a parking lot for 30 cars. The sale is being managed by Cassidy Turley. The group will to move to a new location at 12th Street and Central Avenue. For the full story, go to Indy Star.
